The MX70-100CR Rapid Change Dumbbell System with Contoured Textured Handles has a total weight of 70 lbs (32.2 kg) per dumbbell. The handles, contoured to perfectly fit the hand, are complete with a textured surface for ultimate comfort and grip.
With the MX70-100 dumbbell in the cradle, you can easily select between 7 weight settings, or add our optional Magnetic Increment Plates to increase the selection to 14 levels. Adding the optional 12 plate upgrade kit (MXP12-60) increases primary settings to 10 levels, or 20 levels with the Magnetic Increment Plates included.
