The MX55-KS Rapid Change Dumbbell System with Knurled Steel Handles has a total weight of 55 lbs (25.3 kg) per dumbbell. The Knurled Handle has a traditional look with perfect depth and cross-hatch to deliver a trusted, solid feel. It is paired with Knurled Steel Selector Dials and matching Decals to complete the look, feel and long-term durability.
With the MX55 dumbbell in the cradle, you can easily select from 10 weight levels, or add in our Magnetic Increment Weight Plates to increase the selection to 20 weight increments.
